双重注射加固术配合中药治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂82例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Double Injection Reinforcement Operation Plus Chinese Herb for Internal Rectal Mucosal Prolapse：Analysis of 82 Cases

为探讨治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的方法，笔者应用1：1消痔灵液对经排粪造影诊断为直肠黏膜内脱垂者82例进行直肠黏膜下点状注射及直肠周围3个间隙注射，并配合中药治疗。结果显示，治愈73例，好转9例，有效率100％。结果表明，对直肠黏膜内脱垂患者应用双重注射及中药治疗，可以使直肠与周围组织、直肠黏膜与肌层组织产生无菌性粘连，消除脱垂症状，疗效满意。

To explore the approach of operatively treating internal rectal mucosal prolapse, 82 cases with the disease diagnosed by ddecography（DFG） were undergone Xiaozhiling spot injection in rectal submucosa layer and three space around rectal and Chinese herb. The results showed that 73 cases were cured,9 cases improved. Total effective rate is 100%. It is suggested that the combined methods of double injection reinforcement operation plus Chinese herb for internal rectal mucosal prolapse, could eliminate the symptoms by aseptic adhesion between the rectal and around tissue,rectal mucosa and muscular Iayer and gain satisfactory results.
