摘要
目的探讨直肠癌手术常见并发症的预治。方法回顾性分析176例Miles手术主要并发症的临床资料。结果乙状结肠造瘘口并发症19例，骶前静脉出血4例，肠梗阻10例，会阴部伤口愈合不良12例，泌尿系统损伤1例。常见并发症的发生率为26．1％。结论熟练掌握直肠癌手术的操作技巧及注意事项是减少术中术后并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the prevention and management of surgical complications in Miles operation. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the main complications appeared in 176 patients of Miles operation. Results There was the colostomy-related complications in 19 cases. Presacral venous plexus hemorrhage in 4 cases. Intestinal obstruction in 10 eases. Wound infection of perineum in 12 cases. Lesion of urinary tract in 1 case, The common complication rate of Miles operation was 26.1%. ConcLusion Mastering operation skill and adherence： to sound surgical principles is the key to prevent and to decrease intra-postoperative complication.
