CT对隐睾症术前定位诊断的临床价值

The clinical value of CT scanning in preoperative location diagnosis of cryptorchidism

目的评价CT对隐睾症术前定位诊断的临床价值。方法对21例年龄在1～50岁，临床未能触及且B超未显示或不能肯定的隐睾症患者行CT检查，均经手术证实。结果与手术发现对照，全部未降睾丸（23枚）均由CT正确显示，定位准确。2,1例中2例为双侧性，19例为单侧性（其中1例：为同侧双睾症）。结论CT检查扫描速度快，分辨率高，主观性较B超小，能提供更好的睾丸和周围组织结构影像，特别是配合造影剂应用，在隐睾症术前诊断中定位准确性高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT scanning in preoperative location diagnosis of cryptorchidism. Methods 21 patients with cryptorchidism aged from 1 to 50 had neither signs nor ultrasonic indication and got CT scanning before operation, all of them were confirmed by operation. Results 2 of 21 were bilateral and 19 were unilateral after operation. CT scanning indicated all of them correctly. Conclusion CT scanning has fast speed,higher resolution and less subjective than ultrasonography. CT scanning can show structure of testis and peripheral tissue better especially with contrast agent. CT scanning in preoperative location diagnosis of cryptorchidism has high accuracy.
