带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折疗效分析

Effects of interlocking nail on the treatment of femoral fractures

目的探索带锁髓内钉治疗殷骨骨折的效果。方法对60例不同类型的股骨骨折采用带锁髓内钉内固定治疗。结果随访8周至3年，60例中，优39例，良18例，可3例，优良率95％。膝关节功能全部恢复，无畸形愈合及断钉。结论带锁髓内钉在股骨骨折固定中具有切口小、创伤小、操作方便、固定牢固、愈合快、取出简便等优点，临床应用疗效确切。

Objective To study the effect of self-locking spinning insertion nail on the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture. Methods. 60 cases of variant femoral diaphyseal fractures were treated with internal fixation by self-locking spinning insertion nail. Early function exercise was permitted without weight bearing. Results All cases were followed up for 8 weeks to 3 years. The results were excellent in 39 cases,good in 18 and fair in 3 ,and the excellent and good rate was 95 %. No rnalunion, or nail breakage was found. The knee function was recovered completely. Conclusion Self-locking spinning insertion nail has advantages of small incision, less trauma, simple manipulation, fast recovery and easy removal in the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture, which provides reliable effects.
