在分析熔融堆积成形过程的基础上，提出精密控制组织材料的序是保证成形质量的关键，分析影响序的主要因素，提出相应的控制措施。介绍MEM─250系统的组成、特点及应用等情况。

Based on the analysis of formingprocess, a viewpoint that the sequence of deliv-ering melt material is the key problem to theforming quality is proposed. The factors whichinfluence on the sequence and their control meth-ods are given out. They have been applied to di-rect the development of the first melt extrusionmanufacturing system in China. Detailed infor-mation about the hardware, software, featuresand application of the system is also introduced.
