摘要
在自来水生产过程中,加氯工艺是至关重要的一环。本论文提出串级控制、自适应与分段PID控制的方法,利用组态软件技术和PLC,成功对南京某自来水厂的加氯环节实施了自动化改造,且效果良好。
Chlorine dosing in waterworks is the most crucial part.In this paper, cascade control system, self- adaptive and grading PID is brought in. With these methods and the configuration software and PLC,an automation chlorine dosing system is built in a waterworks in Nanjing,a well effect is obtained through the processing of the system.
