摘要
介绍清华大学CIMS实验工程的回转体零件加工工作站的设计,包括硬件配三、通讯问题、运行控制方式等;介绍加工工作站运行管理模块中的加工过程管理和刀具管理;回转体零件加工工作站实现CIMS环境下单元控制器、刀具工作站、CAM/CAPP、机器人离线编程(OLP)、车削中心、工业机器人的信息集成和回转体零件加工过程的自动进行;具有集成、自治、单项等3种级别的运行控制方式,使得工作站的调试、运行方便可靠;对加工过程的管理具有协调性、安全性、柔性及实时性。
In National CIMS Engineering Re-search Center (CIMS/ERC), the rotary work-piece machining workstation (RWMWS) is lo-cated between Cell Controller and devices (turn-ing center and industrial robot). The function ofthis workstation is to coordinate and control theturning center and robot to complete the rotaryworkpiece machining process automatically ac-cording to the work orders and joblists from cellcontroller. In this paper. the design of RWMWS(including hardware design, communicationproblems and running control modes ) is de-scribed in detail. The machining process andcutting tool management in workstation manage-ment module are discussed emphatically.RWMWS realizes the information integration ofcell controller, tool management workstation,CAM/CAPP, OLP (off - line programming ),turning center and industrial robot and makesthe rotary workpiece rnachining process run au-tomatically in CIMS environment. In order todebug and run conveniently and reliably,RWMWS are designed with three running con-trol modes: integration, autonomy and step.The management of machining process is coordi-nated, safe, flexible and real time.
