摘要
建立了以HNO3-H2O2微波消解体系进行前处理,原子荧光光谱法测定鸡蛋中的硒的分析方法;优化了仪器工作条件,着重研究了还原剂与掩蔽剂的选择。该方法线性范围0—200μg/L,相关系数0.9999,检出限0.112μg/L,回收率97.8%—105.0%,方法快速、准确。
Trace selenium in eggs was treated by microwave digestion in HNO3-H2O2 solution, and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The analytical conditions were especially the reducing agent and the masking agent. The linear range is 0-200/μg/L. The coefficient of the calibration curves is 0. 9999. The detection limit is 0. 112μg/L,and the 97.8 %- 105.0 %. The met hod is quick-acquired and accurate. discussed correlative recovery is
