摘要 基于点涉法原理和平头推状刀的特点、,推导出了在凸曲面上平头锥状刀五轴数控联动刀位轨迹的计算方法,依据该计算方法和规划好的刀具路径,可以自动生成平头银状刀五轴数控联动的刀位轨迹。 In practical production,some parts,such as convex dies and moving blades, mainly consist of convexly sculptured surfaces. A end-mill is better than a ball end mill in the surface roughness when they are used to machine this kind of sculptured surfaces. A calculating method is derived for the taper calcu lating method is derived for the tapered-end mill path generated from convexly sculptured surfaces according to the 'point and interference method'. According to the calculating formulae and process planning the toolpath with a tapered end-mill can be generated automatically.
