After separated and diluted,five metallic elements including Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca and Mg serum were directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,without requiring digesti in on samples. The method is simple, highly precise with RSD less than 8. 52%, and recovery ratio is 95. 0%-100. 0%.
