摘要
采用基于Excel的VBA编程方法,实现复杂的数据统计功能,编写了植物病害流行学常用程序计算机软件包,解决了国内外常用的几种软件包(如SAS、SPSS、DPS等)不能解决的许多问题:如利用Weibull模型拟合"S"型曲线、用Mackenzie模型拟合病害传播曲线、用多项式的三角函数拟合单峰曲线等。经在科研教学工作中使用,获得了极为理想的效果。
Excel is a common statistical and data analysis software. Using VBA programming methods based on Excel, we realized the complex data statistics and the common procedures package in plant disease epidemiology by using computer software. It can solve many problems that cannot be solved by some of the software used internally and abroad packages, such as SAS, SPSS, and other DPS. For example, we can use the Weibull model to fit the "S" curve, Mac kenzie model to fit disease transmission curve and the trigonometric polynomial curve to fit single peak. It is proved that the application effect is perfect in teaching and research.
