摘要
L-色氨酸作为一种必需的氨基酸,广泛应用于食品、医药和饲料等方面。随着市场需求量的不断增大,提高L-色氨酸的生产能力已经成为全球关注的热点。文中综述了L-色氨酸应用及生产技术包括发酵生产色氨酸的菌种选育、发酵培养基原料和发酵工艺等方面的研究进展。
This article states the application of L-tryptophan and the tendency of its production research. In application, as a necessary anfino acid, L-tryptophan is widely applied in food, medicine and feed-stuff. With the enlargement of the market requirement, improving the production research of L-tryptophan has become the global focus. In the production research area, it mainly introduces the extract of L-trypto- phan, strain selection and fermentation medium material. Because of the importance of L-tryptophan and lack of production, the breakthrough by adopting new technique to develop purer and more productive L- tryptophan has become the main research project.
