摘要
可食性膜是当前包装材料研究中较为热门的课题,国内外不断有新的产品和技术出现,并已应用到商品流通的许多领域,特别是食品包装和保鲜领域。文中对可食性膜的分类与特点、膜制备工艺与膜特性以及膜应用等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
Edible film is a hot issue in the research of packaging material. With the advent of new production and techniques, it has been used in many fields, especially in fresh-keeping and packaging. This paper reviews the classification, property, preparation, characteristic and application of the edible film.
