摘要
采用高速摄像技术拍摄气吸式排种器的工作过程,分析排种均匀性与水稻种子姿态的关系及影响种子姿态的因素,找出影响排种均匀性的因素。结果表明:水稻芽种在气吸式排种盘上有3种吸附姿态,以种子沿长轴方向被吸附为正常并占大多数;通过对图像分析并结合流场分析,得出影响排种均匀性的主要因素是种子在排种器上的吸附姿态,而影响种子吸附姿态的因素是吸孔的数量和气室内气体的压力。高速摄像技术用于排种器工作分析可以发现许多排种器在高速运转时的现象,对完善排种器设计、提高排种性能具有实际应用价值。
Path of seed dropping and uniformity of seed spacing could be tested, therefore the actual working could be observed by HSVC (high speed video camera). HSVC is a more effective technology to study seed motion law for high rotation seed-metering device. This paper analyses the working process for air seed-metering device via HSVC system technique. Based on the seed dropping images from high speed video camera, it analyses the effect for seed spacing uniformity with the gesture of seeds. The results show that there exist three gestures of seed on the seeding plate, and the seed at bore long axle is the best. According to the seed images from HSVC and fluid field. It proves that the main factors which effect seed dropping uniformity are the number of bores and pressure.
