瑶族村规民约的内容与固有习惯法——以广西金秀六巷为考察对象

The Contents of Yao Nationality's Village Regulations and Nongovernmental Agreements and Its Indigenous Customary Law: TakingJinxiuliuxiang of Guangxi as Investigation Target

瑶族是历史悠久、文化丰富的居住在我国南方的民族。本文通过对广西金秀瑶族自治县六巷瑶族村规民约的分析,指出六巷瑶族的村规民约受到瑶族固有习惯法的深刻影响,在主要内容等方面明显体现瑶族固有习惯法的痕迹,瑶族固有习惯法通过村规民约形式在当代瑶族地区发挥作用。

Yao nationality, residing in southern China, is a nationality with long history and bntlaant culture. The article, by observing the village regulations and non - governmental agreements of Yao people living in Liuxiang Town, Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, finds out that the village regulations and non - governmental agreements are greatly affected by the indigenous customary law of Yao nationality. The main con-tents of them obviously reflect the indigenous customary law of Yao nationality, and the latter plays important role in modem Yao territories in the form of village regulations and non - governmental agreements.
