空气轴承式板形检测辊静态特性研究

摘要 在介绍空气轴承式板形检测辊的结构和工作原理基础上,建立了板形检测辊气膜压力场的数学模型。通过对辊环承载力、偏心率、节流孔直径等参数之间关系的分析,为板形检测辊的设计提供理论基础。试验表明,建立的数学模型和进行的分析是合理的。 The paper founds a strip shape measuring roll mathematics model of air film pressure field after introducing the structure and operating principle of a strip shape measuring roll based on pneumatic bearing. The measuring roll design has a theory bases on analyzing the parameter relations of the roll carrying capacity, the eccentricity, the diameter of throttle orifice etc. It is testified that this model is acetate through the experiment.
