摘要
基于生产企业对气动系统逐步加大节能措施的现状,首次提出了基于流量供给的气动节能理念,将传统的压缩机压力控制方式转变为流量供给控制方式,分析了当前压缩机控制的3种方式和发展情况,阐述了基于流量供给的气动节能理论原理,研究了面向压缩机群控制的新型节能智能控制器的流量控制、台数控制、预测控制和学习控制4个功能,并分析了各功能之间的关系,最后给出了智能控制器的软件结构以及硬件结构。
Based on the condition of adding the strength for the pneumatic system's energy saving in many producing enterprises, a new pneumatic energy saving idea on the basis of flow supply is presented for the first time.The new idea changes the traditional pressure control mode of compressor into flow supply control mode. The current compressor's three control means are analyzed. The principle of the new pneumatic energy saving theory based on the flow supply control way is expatiated.A new typical energy saving and intelligent control's four function, such as flow control, number control, foreseeing control and learning control, are researched and their relations are also analyzed. Finally the intelligent control's software structure and hardware structure are provided on the thesis.
