This article introduces the structure, principles and performance of several low-noise gear pumps, analyses that gear pump is the noise source in the new internal combustion forklift and battery forklift, provides some methods which can reduce the gear pump noise, and establishes the matching relation between gear modulus and pressure angle of the gear pump, which is applied to the new internal combustion forklift and forklift battery.
