摘要
液压系统清洁度的控制是直接关系到工程机械产品质量的重要指标之一,随着液压技术在工程机械中的应用日益完善,工程机械对液压系统的可靠性要求也越来越高。本文阐述了通过在装载机制造过程中使用新技术、新工艺、新设备强化液压系统清洁度的控制,达到提高装载机液压系统可靠性,保证装载机工作性能和使用寿命的目的。
As the employment of the hydraulic system becomes more and more popular in engineering machinery industry, the need for relevant reliability is increasing as well. For the hydraulic cleanness is one of the important checkpoints, the paper states the related newly applied techniques, process and equipments which meet the requirement for reliability, performance and lifetime of wheel loaders.
