企业数据协同管理模型研究

Research on model of cooperative management of enterprise data

通过目前企业对数据管理需求的分析,提出结合计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)和产品全生命周期管理(PLM)思想的企业数据协同管理模型,并把该模型概括抽象成"一个规范、两个控制、三个模型",分别从信息、过程以及组织等角度分析数据协同管理机制。该模型构建的数据协同管理系统,比传统的数据管理系统更能适应目前以任务为驱动的生产经营模式,更能满足企业对数据管理集成性、动态性以及协同性的要求。

By analyzing the enterprises＇ requirement for data management, a model of enterprise data management is put forward, it is based on the ideal of CSCW and PLM, and this model is described as one-criterion, two-control, three-model and the mechanisms for the cooperative management of data are analyzed from different points of information, process and organization. The cooperative management system of data based on this model will fit the mode of production oriented taskassignment better than the traditional management system of data, and it can satisfy that enterprises want integrated, dynamic and cooperative management of data.
