摘要
介绍了数控车削和数控铣削中刀具补偿的原理、种类和常用指令。探讨了数控车削中刀具长度补偿和刀尖圆弧半径补偿及数控铣削中刀具长度补偿和刀具半径补偿在数控编程中的各种用法。刀具补偿的巧妙应用对简化数控程序,降低编程难度,提高编程效率,提高零件加工质量有着十分重要的意义。
The tool compensation principle, types and common instructions in NC turning and NC milling have been introduced. Each usage of tool length compensation and arc radius compensation for tool tip in NC turning programming, tool length compensation and tool radius compensation in NC milling programming has been discussed. The rational application of tool compensation has vital significance to simplify NC programme, reduce programming difficulty, improve programming efficiency and part machining quality.
