泡沫铝齿轮阻尼塞减振特性有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究泡沫铝阻尼塞在齿轮传动中减振效果,采用ANSYS软件进行模态分析和谐响应分析。结果表明,在齿轮的前4阶固有频率中,有阻尼塞齿轮比无阻尼塞齿轮的固有频率略有提高;齿轮上安装泡沫铝阻尼塞后,齿轮径向和轴向的振动均有降低,且对齿轮轴向振动的抑制效果优于对齿轮径向振动的抑制。 In order to study the vibration damping effect of the damping-plug of foamed aluminum working in the gear, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis was studied using ANSYS. The result indicate that the natural frequency of gear which with the damping-plug is slightly larger than which without before 4 step natural frequency of the gear, the radial direction and the axial vibration of the gear have reduced after installed damping-plug of foamed aluminum in the gear, and the suppression effect on axi- al vibration of the gear is better than radial direction vibration.
