摘要
根据集装箱双面吊辅助支撑装置的结构和整车作业稳定性要求,利用SolidWorks和COSMOSWorks软件对主要零件进行有限元分析。以最小重量为目标,以强度要求为约束条件,对零件的尺寸参数进行了优化,为产品的结构改进提供了理论依据。
Based on the assistant supporting mechanism's structure and the operation stability request of the vehicle, using SolidWorks and COSMOSWorks, FEA of the main parts were completed. Take minimum weight as goal and strength request as constraint condition, dimension parameters of the parts were optimized and the theory foundation was established for the structure improvement of the product.
