摘要
为提高制造系统中物流装置运动效率和轨迹柔性,研制开发了通过CCD图像实时反馈物流装置运动实际位置信息,以模糊神经网络技术构建物流装置运动控制器,该控制器采用模糊算法控制物流装置运动方向,采用神经网络对模糊控制规则的调整因子进行算法寻优。实验表明该装置运动灵活,稳态精度高,符合自动化制造车间物流运输要求。
To improve the transfer-plant moving efficiency and tfajectory changing flexibility in manufacture, a transfer device's motion controller is developed. This control system feed back the transfer-plant's real motion position information by CCD image, and then optimize algorithm of adjusting factor in fuzzy control rule to command transfer-plant's moving direction. The experiment results show that the device move flexible and precise. Its performance conform to the demand of application in automatic factory.
