摘要
为了满足通信卫星的负载功率不断加大的需求,在电源系统设计上采用了高效太阳电池、高比能量蓄电池和高性能电源控制装置(PCU),同时为了降低电流传输损耗,引入了100V高压母线体制。其中高压大功率电源控制装置是一次电源系统的核心设备,主要功能是完成太阳电池的功率调节和蓄电池的充放电控制。简述了"十五"期间国内100V母线10kW级电源控制装置发展概况,论述研制高压大功率电源控制装置的重点和难点。
For meeting the requirement of the more and more payload power of the telecommunication spacecraft (SC), high efficient solar array, high specific energy battery and high performance power control unit (PCU) were used in the design of the power system. At the same time, the system of 100 V high voltage regulating bus for reducing the wastage of current transmission was imported. PCU with high voltage and high power is the core equipment of the power system, which regulates the solar array power and control batteries to charge and discharge as its main function. The general develop situation of PCU which can supply 100 V regulate bus voltage and 10 kW export power interiorly at the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan were introduced briefly, and the emphases and difficulties in the process of design and manufacture for high voltage and power PCU were discussed.
