摘要
现有的企业理论在解释中国国有企业的经营管理活动中存在一定的不足,基于国家声誉的视角为国有企业的理论发展提供一种新的分析框架。中国国有企业在现实中存在的问题与遇到的困难根源于国家声誉在企业管理活动中的参与,并成为国有企业赖以生存的先决条件,以此试图回答国有企业困境背后深刻的内在原因。
While there are some shortcomings for the current corporate theories to interpret the management of China's state-owned enterprises (SOE). The perspective of national honor offers a new analytical frame for the theoretical development of SOEs. The root cause of the problems and difficulties faced by SOEs is the involvement of national honor in enterprise management. The national honor has become the precondition for the survival of SOEs. This is the inner reason for the dilemma which the SOEs are stuck in.
