丙酸钙对泌乳早期奶牛体况和能量平衡的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选用32头经产奶牛,根据泌乳期、上一泌乳期305d产奶量和预产期,采用随机区组设计分为4组,研究丙酸钙(0、100、200g/d和300g/d)对泌乳早期奶牛体况评分、体重变化和能量平衡的影响。结果表明:日粮添加丙酸钙对奶牛体况评分无显著影响,添加丙酸钙200g/d和300g/d显著改善了泌乳早期奶牛能量负平衡,减少了体重的下降。总之,添加丙酸钙明显改善了泌乳早期奶牛能量平衡,丙酸钙适宜添加量为200g/d。 Thirty-two muhiparous Holstein dairy cows were allotted into four treatments based on lactation number, corrected milk yield in last lactation and expected calving date by randomized block design.Graded levels(0,100,200 g/d and 300 g/d)of calcium propionate were supplemented in the four treatments.Effects of graded calcium propionate supplementation on body condition score,changes in body weigbt and energy balance in early lactation Holstein dairy cows were observed.Tbe results showed that body condition score was not 'affected significantly by calcium propionate supplementation(P 〉 0.05).Supplemention of calcium propionate at 200 g/d and 300 g/d,improved the minus energy balance of cows and reduced the loss of weight.Cows fed calcium propionate at 200 g/d and 300 g/d lost less body weight relative to those fed the control diet significantly.These results indicated that energy balance was improved by supplemented calcium propionate, and the optimum close of calcium propionate supplementation was 200 g/d.
