摘要 采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定苜蓿种子中刀豆氨酸的含量,探讨了样品预处理方法和仪器分离条件。结果表明刀豆氨酸在1~200nmol/mL浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.32%,平均回收率为100.3%。该方法快速、简便,可用于刀豆氨酸含量的测定。 The amino acid analyzer was used to determine canavanine in alfalfa seeds,and the method for sample pretreatment and instrument separation conditions were studied in this paper.The results showed that the standard curve was linear within 1 - 200 mmol/mL.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The relative standard deviation of canavanine was 1.32 % and the average recovery was 100.3 %.This method could be applied to determine canavanine content more rapidly and accurately.
