估计威布尔分布参数、可靠寿命和可靠度的置信限的新方法

A new approach to the estimation of confidence limits on parameters and reliable life and reliability for the weibull distribution

本文通过构造两个统计量和中心极限定理的应用，提出了一种估计双参数威布尔分布的形状参数和尺度参数，可靠寿命以及可靠度的置信限的新方法，相对现成的方法，该法大大简化了估算过程且精度更好，文中给出了用该法估计实例。

By construction two statistic quantities and applying the central limit theorem,this paper put forward a new approach to the estimation of confidence limits on parameters and reliable life and reliability for the two-parameter weibull distribution.Comparing with the existing approaches,this approach simplifies largely the estimating procedure and has more better accruacy.An example of the application of this approach to the estimation of confidence limits on reliable life and reliability of mechanical products is shown in the paper.
