摘要
分析了移虫后不同时间(24h、48h和72h)所采收的蜂王浆的常规理化指标。结果表明,24h采收的蜂王浆水分含量显著低于48h和72h采收的蜂王浆。以每100g王浆干重计,不同时间采收的王浆的粗蛋白、糖含量均没有明显差别,但10-HDA含量与采浆时间呈正相关,与王浆酸值呈良好的线性关系。
The experiment was carried out to study the physicochemical indexes of royal jelly in the different time after transferring. The results showed that the water content of 24h＇s RJ was significantly lower than those of 48h＇s and 72h＇s, and the protein and sugar content of RJ harvested at different time were no obvious difference, but the content of 10-HDA was positively correlated with the harvested time, and showed a good linear relationship with RJ＇s acidity.
