摘要
本试验采用不同方法,从原胶中获得相应提取物,测定了它们在油脂体系中的抗氧化活性,为蜂胶深加工技术的改进提供基础。结果表明:1、不同提取方法下蜂胶的抗氧化活性存在差异。2、醇提超临界残渣具有较好的抗氧化效果,有望开发利用。
In this experiment,different extracts of raw propolis were extracted by different methods and measured there antioxidative activity in oil system.The test give a foundation to the improvement of propolis deep processing techology.The result indicated that：Using different extract techology,the antioxidative activity may be different.After extracted by alcohol,the superborderline residue keeps a well antioxidative effect.
