摘要
利用自主研发的四极杆质谱联用仪测定标准溶液中的4种拟除虫菊酯,检验仪器的稳定性和检测能力。本实验以内标法定量,采集方式为选择离子扫描,对标准溶液中的联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氟氰菊酯和氯菊酯进行了初步的定性与定量分析。结果表明,4种拟除虫菊酯的线性相关系数为0.9964~0.9995;检出限(LOD)为0.004mg/ kg~0.011mg/kg;相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.47%~6.615%(n=9)。Mspec-Q仪器性能良好,可替代同类型商业质谱仪器进行常规检测。
In order to test the stability and the analysis ability of the home - made quadrupole mass spectrometer--MSpec - Q, four kinds of pyrethroid pesticides were used as the target compounds in the experiment. They were dissolved in the mixture of isooctane and acetone ( v/v = 19/1 ). The standard solution was spiked kresoxim - methyl as an internal standard. In the selected ion mode, the 4 pyrethroids of bifenthrin, fenpropathion, cyhalothrin and permethrin were primarily detected for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were in the range of 1.47% - 6. 615% for all analytes across two levels, the detection limits (LODs) of pyrethroid pesticides were found to be in the range of 0. 004 mg/kg - 0.011 mg/kg, and the correlation coefficients were in the range of 0. 9964 -0. 9995. From these, it can conclude that the performance of the home - made quadrupole mass spectrometer--Mspec - Q is stable and credible, so it can replace the same kind of commercial one and apply to normal mass detection.
