摘要
论述在国家"十五"期间科学仪器研制项目中样品自动化前处理仪器设备的研制与开发情况。在此基础上,介绍了一种利用顺序注射分析技术研制的四道样品/试剂引入装置及其配套的3种样品在线预处理功能模块,通过该装置和其配套的一种微填充柱固相萃取样品在线预处理模块与石墨炉原子吸收联用对普通海水样品中微量铜的测定方法进行了应用研究,结果表明:该方法的采样频率达26样/h,富集倍率为20,检出限为0.015μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.8%(0.5μg/L Cu、n=7),线性范围为0.05~1.0μg/L,完全能满足此类样品快速、准确、高效的分析要求。
The reasearch and development of automatic sample pretreatment equipments was introduced briefly in the scientific equipment research projects during the 10th five -year plan. Four channels samples/reagents introduction equipment and matching three functional modules were developed by the use of sequential injection analysis technique. The trace copper in sea water samples was determined by the equipment and matching micro packed column solid phase extraction on - line pretreatment functional modules together with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the determination frequency was 26 samples h^-1 , the enrichment factor was 20 times, the detection limit was 0. 015μg/L, the RSD was 1.8% (0.5μg/L Cu,n = 7), and the linear range was 0.05 - 1.0μg/L. This method is quick, precise, high - efficiency and could satisfy the samples analysis requirements perfectly.
