摘要
以具有自主知识产权的新型金属材料分析测试技术为基础,重点突破金属原位分析仪、单火花金属成分分析仪、全自动磨样机、脉冲红外氧化物夹杂分析仪、数字化图像分析仪、基于光学引伸计的新型微机控制材料试验机、动态冲击试验机等新仪器的产业化瓶颈,开发性能模块化组件,加强加工、装配、调试等流程性工艺研究,提高仪器规模化生产过程的稳定性和可靠性,进一步丰富仪器应用软件,短期内扩大了产业规模,实现金属材料分析测试仪器跨越式发展。
Some new material testing instruments have been industrialized and attained independent intellectual property rights, including original position analyzer for metal, single discharge spectrometer for metal, automatic grinding machine, oxidate inclusion determinator , digitized image analyzer, advanced electronic controlled material testing machine with optics automatic extensometer, dynamic impact testing machine. Technologies for industrialization were modularization of system, standardization of components, control of assembly. New material testing instruments for metal were developed in short time.
