摘要 目的:探讨FQ-PCR技术在检测临床标本中结核分枝杆菌的应用价值。方法:通过FQ-PCR技术鉴定561株临床分离株,进行结核分枝杆菌的菌种鉴定和定量分析,同时进行抗酸染色和培养法。结果:FQ-PCR、染色和培养法阳性检出率分别为38.8%(128/330),21.8%(72/330),29.7%(98/330),提高阳性检出率(涂阴)16.97% (56/330),菌种鉴定特异性实验符合率为100%。结论:FQ-PGR技术是一种快速、敏感、特异性强的结核分枝杆菌辅助诊断方法。 Objective: Real time - FQ - PCR application value in the detection and study of clinical specimen of M. tuberculosis is discussed. Method : Identification strain and real - time analysis of M. tuberculosis by identified 561 Clinical Isolated Strains of M. tuberculosis with Real time - FQ - PCR , acid - fast staining and culture had been done as contrast control at the same time. Result : The detection rates of Real time - FQ - PCR, staining and culture was 38.8% ( 128/330), 21.8% (72/330), 29.7% ( 98/330 ) respectively . The detection rates was increased 16.97% (56/330)than staining , the coincidence rate of the specificity of identification strain by real time - FQ - PCR was 100%. Conclusion: Real time - FQ - PCR is a fast,sensitive and specificity method in auxiliary diagnosis of M. tuberculosis.
