在总结"十五"期间,西藏农产品质量安全检测体系建设情况的基础上,针对西藏当前农产品质量安全现状,对西藏未来农产品质量安全检测体系的发展,从完善标准体系、建立例行检测制度、加强培训与交流、加强农产品质量安全的宣传力度、加强农产品质量安全的立法执法、建立农产品质量安全风险评估及预警体系、建立农产品质量安全信息体系等方面提出了对策和建议。

Based on the understanding of the conclusion that has been drawn during the workshop of constructing local agricultural products quality and safety inspection system in ＂Tenth Five Year Plan ＂period , this article has offered some target - aimed strategies and constructive suggestions for further development and optimizing of agricultural products quality inspection system in Tibet. The topics cover how to perfect a standardization system, building regulations for routine inspection, strengthening education and cooperation, reinforcing the extent and scale for disseminating information about agricultural products quality and safety , improving the law legislation and execution of agricultural products quality and safety inspection system, building the risk evaluation and early warning system and establishing information exchange platform for agricultural products quality and safety inspection system.
