摘要
用热抽提法测定铜中氧时,不但产生CO也生成部份CO_2,而大多数商品分析仪器都不能同时检测CO和CO_2,使氧分析结果产生误差。为了抑制CO_2生成,本研究对三种方案进行了试验,其中以“坩埚内还原法”能完全抑制CO_2的生成,从而建立了简便而准确的测定铜中氧的方法。
The determination of oxygen in copper by hot-extraction method gives off its oxygen content mainly as CO and partially as CO_2 But most of the commercial analytical instruments for oxygen determination are designed to detect CO only. The evolution of CO_2 leads to erroneous results. For the suppression of the formation of CO_2, three programs have been studied critically, and the method of reduction inside crucible is found to be most satisfactory, simple and accurate.
