摘要
分析不同浓度硝酸钙和钙调素拮抗剂浸种对低温下辣椒幼苗叶片中3种主要渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,40 mmol/L硝酸钙浸种能显著增加低温下辣椒幼苗叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量。采用钙调素拮抗剂W7[N-(6-氨基己基)-5-氯-1-萘磺胺]浸种处理后,低温胁迫下辣椒幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量低于对照,说明Ca2+信号系统参与了调节辣椒幼苗抗寒过程中渗透物质的积累。
Effects of seeds soaking with different concentrations of Ca(NO3)2 and inhibitors of Ca2+ signal system on some osmolytes,including soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline in pepper under low temperature stress were investigated.The results indicated that calcium(40 mmol/L) treatment could increase markedly the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline.Moreover,addition of calmodulin antagonist W7 could decrease markedly the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and praline under low temperature.It is suggested that Ca^2+ signal system may have close relationship with the change of some osmolytes in Pepper under low temperature.
