摘要
以"四季王"大白菜为试材,研究了不同硫浓度对其幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施硫能提高大白菜叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,降低丙二醛含量,随硫浓度的升高,大白菜叶片叶绿素含量呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,丙二醛含量先下降后上升。
"Sijiwang"were used as experimental materials,the effects of different sulfur concentrations on the cold resistance of Chinese cabbage seedlings were studied.The result indicated that compared with the control,sulfur fertilizer can increase the content of chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugare in Chinese cabbag leaf,and reduces MDA content.The chlorophyll content assumes upward trend,soluble protein and soluble sugar content come down after rising first,MDA content decline firstly and then rise with thef sulfur concentration increased.
