摘要
试验以中温厌氧发酵液为接种物,在自制的小型厌氧发酵装置上,研究了不同温度条件对产沼气菌群产气能力的影响以及发酵过程中微生物菌群的变化。结果表明,在10~30℃范围内,产甲烷菌的产气能力随着温度的降低而减小,且其日产气量的最高峰也随之往后推迟。在沼气发酵过程中,微生物菌群的变化也比较明显,初期以球菌占优势,后期则转为杆菌类为优势菌。
Experiment on the effect of different temperature on biogas production capability and the change of microbial community during anaerobic fermentation process were carried out in a self-manufactured fermentation device when the fermented liquid of mesophilic digestion was used as yeast.Results showed that the methane production capability was reduced with the falling of the temperature from 30℃ to 10℃,and the peak of the daily yield of biogas was also postponed,respectively.During anaerobic fermentation process,the methanogen communities changed noticeably.In initial stage methanococcus predominated,but methanobacterium in end stage.
