On Part-surrendered

部分自首是对应于全盘自首或全部自首而提出的自首概念。部分自首的存在有着逻辑的合理性与理论的现实性,对其的认定应当区分为审判宣告前的部分自首与审判宣告后的部分自首。

The part-surrendered is a concept which comprehensively response to overall sunendecred or surrendered. The theory of part surrendered has the reasonableness of the logic and the self-sufficiency of the theory. The distinction of part surrendered should be made between the pre-trial and trial parts.
