随着死刑复核权收归最高人民法院,死刑的适用和实际执行数量必然会减少。减少死刑实际执行的数量,法院无疑将面临来自各方面的压力,特别是来自"舆论审判"的压力。如何平衡死刑限制适用的新刑事政策与"舆论审判"之间的冲突是亟待解决的问题。

Now the right of the death penalty recite is taken back to the Supreme Court. The death penalty sentence will be less than before. But there may be more pressures to the court which comes from the media voice. So, how to change the dilemma situation is still a problem for us to discuss.
