摘要
本文利用流动注射荧光法研究砷、硅钼杂多酸与罗开明6G的荧光猝灭反应,利用此反应测定了痕量砷、硅,该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,分析速度可达120样/小时,本法应用子铜合金中痕量砷、硅的测定,取得满意结果。
A fhw injetion analysis method for trace amount of As and Si determination is established ,basing on Rhodamine 6G formation of an uvfluorometric ion-association complex. Fluorescence is measuerd at 555um(excitation 350um)The calibration graph is rectilinear for 0-100μg/ml of arsenli and 0-80μg/ml of silicon.The method is used for determination of As(V)and Si(IV) in copper alloy with satisfying result.
