摘要
本文介绍了用于光离子化气相色谱仪的一种真空紫外光源,给出了实现光源长寿命、高效的基本原则,例如工作气体、辐射能组、激发能量等参数的合理选择。使用这种灯(Kr)的光离子化气相色谱仪,灵敏度为10.SC/g,(苯),检出限为023pg(苯)。
This paper introduces a Vacuum Ultraviolet Light Source for Photoionization gas chromatograph. The radiation intensityand use lifetime of VUV lamp depend on the gases used and its radiation energy level and excitation energy.The preformance of photoionization gas chromatograph are improved by the improvement of VUV light source.The sensitivity is 10. 5 C/g(for benzene), the detection limit is 0. 23pg(benzene) and both are 100-fold flame ionization detector.
