摘要
文章主要讨论了焊接热处理对火电站管道异种钢焊接接头带来的问题,分析了热处理对接头组织、焊接残余应力的影响,指出通过焊后热处理可以明显改善电厂管道异种钢焊接接头残余应力,但要使用正确和合适的热处理工艺。应重视电站异种钢焊接的热处理问题,还应重视管座异种钢接头的热处理控制及新建超超临界机组新的异种钢焊接与热处理问题。
The influences of welding heat treatment on dissimilar steel joints of thermal power plant pipes are discussed. The effects of heat treatment on joint structure and welding residual stress are analyzed. It is pointed out that post welding heat treatment will not significantly improve residual stress in dissimilar steel welding joints unless correct and appropriate heat treatment procedures are taken. Enough attention should be paid to the problems of heat treatment of dissimilar steel welding, heat treatment control of dissimilar steel joint of pipe bases, and dissimilar steel welding and heat treatment for newly built USC units.
