传统流程和短流程冷轧冲压板组织和性能的研究

Study on microstructure and drawing properties of cold rolling sheets with traditional process and short production process

通过对传统流程和短流程冷轧深冲板化学成分、微观组织、渗碳体分布以及夹杂物类型的检测,研究2种冷轧深冲板性能差异的原因。结果表明,传统流程和短流程冷轧深冲板在化学成分、微观组织、渗碳体分布以及夹杂物类型等几个方面均存在差异,导致深冲性能的不同。根据本文研究结果,提出了改进短流程冷轧板深冲性能的措施。

In order to find out reasons of different deep drawing properties of two kinds of cold rolled sheets that produced with traditional process and short production process, a series of tests, such as chemical compositions, microstructures, cementite distribution and inclusion types are made. The investigation results show that the different deep drawing properties of the two kinds of sheets are caused by the difference of the chemical compositions, microstructures, cementite distribution and inclusion types etc. According to the results, measures to improve the deep drawing properties of cold rolled sheets produced by short production process are given in the paper.
