摘要
鉴于ANSYS自有的APDL参数化功能和冷弯成型的特点,利用ANSYS平台的开发环境,结合冷弯板料成型规律,建立了弹塑性大变形有限元模型并采用动力显式算法对冷弯成型过程进行仿真计算分析,实现了在ANSYS界面下输入预设辊花参数,就可得到冷弯变形后板料的等效塑性应力应变,据此判断冷弯辊花设计是否合理,并给出修正建议,进行优化。
The interface with parametric design of APDL language features ANSYS software. Using ANSYS and the law of cold bend-forming, a finite-elements model of large elastic-plastic deformation is established. Simulating analysis is made with dynamic explicit method. The function of modeling is actualized through preset roll flower data input into ANSYS interface. Based on the equivalent plastic stress-strain of deformed plate obtained by the model, a judgment whether roll flower design is reasonable or not can be made and optimizing suggestions can be put foreword.
