摘要
在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,绩效管理作为现代人力资源管理的核心问题,也逐渐被很多企业所重视。在房地产这种特殊的行业中绩效管理的重要性体现出尤为重要的作用。但是一些房地产企业在实施绩效管理的过程中存在着很多问题,文章从这一现实背景出发,对我国房地产企业绩效管理体系的构建进行深入研究,试图建立一整套紧密联系企业战略,指标体系完善且易操作的绩效管理体系。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy nowadays, the performance management, as the key point in modem human resources management, has been given much more attention by a number of companies. Moreover, in the industry of real estate, the importance of performance management is being enhanced. However, some of the companies of real estate still suffer from many problems during the enforcement of performance management. Therefore, this paper will focus on the profound research in the constructing of the performance manageraent in the real estate company, specifically the constructing of the performance manageraent system with perfect setup of index and easy operation, which is closely related to the strategy of a company.
