摘要
文章从煤炭交易电子支付的特殊性出发,提出建立健全煤炭电子支付系统的迫切性和必要性。结合电子商务发展的趋势,针对性地提出基于煤炭交易特殊性的保障电子支付安全的法律、技术等方面的建议。
Comidering the particularity of dectronic payment in coal transaetions, the paper points out the urgency and necessity of the system and gives some suggestions concerning law and technology to guarantee the safety of electronic payment with the development of electronic marketing.
