摘要
通过对JK系列轴承套圈辗扩机的轴系变形分析,建立了求解悬臂变截面弹性多支承轴的载荷及变形的非线性方程组,编制了迭代法求解程序。根据计算结果提出了轴系结构的改进方案。附图2幅,参考文献4篇。
Through deformation analysis of shafting of JK series boring ring rolling machines, a nonlinear equation group for solving counterforce and deformation ofcantilevered variable cross-section elastic multipoint supported shaft is established,and a com-puter program of solving the equation group with iterative method is compiled. According tothe calculating results,a scheme of improving shafting construction is proposed-.
